Top Banner 1024 x 78 pixels                     -  Appears at the top of all the pages on the site.

Left side banner 193 x 304 pixels              - Appears at the left side of the pages on the site.

Right side banner 285 x 200 pixels            - Appears at the right side of the pages on the site.

Bottom banner 1000 x 78 pixels.           - Appears at the bottom of all the pages on the site.

Advert Placements/Publisher’s rights

Banner ads will be placed at the top of the web page and buttom and right and left adverts along the side. All advertising rates are net and are billed monthly.  Blogme has a targeting option plan.  Advertisers can select the section (i.e. sports, politics, business, entertainment, greetings, iweb u, shopping etc) that meets the desired audience profile.  The system delivers the adverts to the pages that match the section requested.  This way, advertisers have complete control over where their advertising message is delivered, so that their products or services reach those who would most likely be interested.
All adverts is subject to approval from Blogme Nig. Ltd regarding subject matter, form, size, wording, illustrations and typography. Blogme reserves the right to reposition, classify, edit, reject or cancel any advertisement at any time, before or after placement if it falls below acceptable standards.  We do not accept online advertising for massages, escort services, astrology, x-rated movies or items.  Neither will we knowingly accept advertising for books, motion picture or product involved in pending litigation.
The advertiser agrees to indemnify Blogme Nig. Ltd, its officers, and business partners against any expense or loss by reason of any claim arising from the online publishing of the advert.
We reserve the right to change ad prices, but ads currently running are protected from price increase until the ad run expires.  The ad run starts the day it appears on Blogme website, and runs for the duration paid/contracted for.
All advertising must be paid in advance. Ads not paid for, will not appear on the website.

Identification and Indemnification

Advertisers must have either their company’s registered URL or name in one of the frames of the ad.  Under no circumstances do we accept adverts without identifying the company.
Blogme Nig. Ltd, its officers and business partners shall in no way be liable for any cost or damage if for any reason it fails to publish the advertisement on Blogme website.  In no event shall Blogme Nig Ltd, its officers and business partners be liable for any damage of any kind as a result of any mistake in the ad or for any other unforeseen reason.
Blogme Nig. Ltd, its officers, and business partners will not be liable for delays in delivering ads or the non-delivery of ads in the event of riots, strikes (legal or illegal), action of any governmental agency, Internet interruption, showdown, blackout, stoppage (legal or illegal) of any kind, embargos, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes or any other Act of God beyond the control by Blogme Nig. Ltd, its officers and business partners.
